Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange.

Subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

You must return the items in their original condition and with proof of purchase within 14 days of reciept order, after 14 days we will only offer a credit note unless the items is faulty.

 

 Outside UK customers are welcome to have a 28 days to return.

 

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

 

Corsets - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on Corsets unless they are faulty.

 

Please note we will not offer refunds if you have had  promotional discounts it will only be a Credit note.

The items must be returned back via recorded / special delivery and you must keep the receipt for your records in case of a lost claim. We will not be responsible for any items that are lost in the post.

 

This does not affect your statutory right.

To return your item(s) simply

1. Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and send it back with your return.
2. You can still register your exchange or return online via the My Account section at www.eimee.co.uk
